Limitations:
You may not use the software to a real website, but only evaluate whether the software meets your requirements before a potential purchase.

MidiCMS Software retains ownership of the software.

Liability:
MidiCMS Software provide the software "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall MidiCMS Software be liable for and damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of inability to use this software, even if MidiCMS Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
